Kayaking on Long Island

Nick DeNezzo, President of the LI Kayak Club will discuss the many
different types of kayaks, as well as the basic strokes and rescues,

Nutritionist Janine Grant will be here to discuss how what you eat

Kayaking: Stroke Clinic

7:00 - 8:30 pm
Learn how to paddle correctly and efficiently, how to enter and exit
from docks or beach, and the different strokes for forward, reverse,
steering and moving sideways and stabilizing strokes. Registration
begins April 29 for OB-EN residents, and begins May 15 for non-residents,

Infant & Child CPR/Choking

Lori Green is a Registered Nurse, certified CPR instructor and former
EMT. Certification is received upon completion of the 3-hour workshop.
$35 per person, checks payable to Lori Green. Registration
